The ADG611YRUZ is a monolithic CMOS device containing four independently selectable SPST-NC switches. It offers ultralow charge injection of 1 pC typical and leakage currents of 100 pA maximum at 25°C. The on-resistance is 115 Ohm maximum (85 Ohm typical) with a channel-to-channel mismatch of 2 Ohm. Switching times are 65 ns maximum for turn-on and 40 ns maximum for turn-off. The device features a -3 dB bandwidth of 680 MHz and crosstalk of -90 dB at 10 MHz. It operates from a single supply of 2.7 V to 5.5 V or dual supplies of ±2.7 V to ±5.5 V, with a maximum supply current of 1 µA and power dissipation of 10 µW. The switch continuous current rating is 10 mA. The ADG611YRUZ is designed for applications such as automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, and audio signal routing. It is available in a 16-TSSOP surface mount package with dimensions 5 mm x 4.4 mm x 1.05 mm.
