ADG601BRTZ-REEL is a monolithic CMOS single-pole single-throw (SPST) analog switch from Analog Devices. It is the normally open (NO) version in the ADG601/ADG602 family, offering a maximum on-resistance of 2.5 Ω and on-resistance flatness of 0.65 Ω. The device supports dual ±2.7 V to ±5.5 V or single +2.7 V to +5.5 V supply rails and provides a rail-to-rail input signal range.
With a −3 dB bandwidth of 180 MHz, the switch is suited for high-frequency signal routing. It features TTL/CMOS-compatible logic inputs, charge injection of 250 pC, and typical supply current of 250 pA. Turn-on and turn-off times are 120 ns and 75 ns respectively, and off capacitance is 50 pF per channel.
The ADG601BRTZ-REEL comes in a SOT-23-6 surface-mount package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Its low on-resistance and flatness make it suitable for automatic test equipment, data acquisition, power routing, communication systems, and relay replacement applications.
