The ADG508AKR is a CMOS monolithic 8-channel analog multiplexer from Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated. It switches one of eight inputs to a common output based on three binary address lines and an enable input. The device features a typical on-resistance of 300 Ω, charge injection of 4 pC, and switching times of 300 ns maximum.
It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 10.8 V to 16.5 V for single-supply applications, or dual supplies. Maximum power dissipation is 28 mW. The multiplexer offers low leakage current of 1 nA typical and is designed for precision analog signal routing.
The ADG508AKR is available in a 16-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) surface mount package with gull wing leads and 1.27 mm pitch. It is specified for the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Digital inputs are TTL and 5 V CMOS compatible.
The single supply range is 10.8V to 16.5V. Dual supply range is ±10.8V to ±16.5V (note: datasheet suggests ±5.4V to ±8.25V for dual).
