The ADG452BRZ-REEL7 is a monolithic CMOS analog switch from Analog Devices, designed using an enhanced LC2MOS process. This device comprises four independently selectable single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. It offers a low on-resistance of 5 Ohms and excellent on-resistance flatness, ensuring minimal distortion for audio signals.
With fast switching speeds of 70 ns turn-on and 60 ns turn-off, and a high signal bandwidth, the ADG452BRZ-REEL7 is well-suited for video signal switching. Its ultralow power dissipation (18 μW) makes it ideal for portable and battery-powered instruments. The device operates over a wide supply voltage range of ±4.5V to ±20V and supports an analog signal range up to ±15V.
The switch features a continuous current rating of 100 mA and an ESD rating of 2 kV. It is supplied in a 16-SOIC surface-mount package, operating within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The ADG452BRZ-REEL7 is pin-compatible with older Analog Devices switch series, offering a convenient upgrade path.
The device operates from dual supplies of ±4.5V to ±20V, with an absolute maximum of 44V.
The package is 16-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) with surface mount mounting.
The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
The device is marked as RoHS3 Compliant, but this is unverified.
The typical on resistance is 5 Ohm with a flatness of 0.2 Ohm.
The maximum continuous current is 100 mA.
Typical switching time is 70 ns, with a maximum of 180 ns for turn-on and 140 ns for turn-off.
