The ADG452BRUZ-REEL7 is a monolithic CMOS device containing four independently selectable SPST-NO analog switches. It is designed for low on-resistance (4 ohm typical, 5 ohm max) and flat on-resistance profile (0.2 ohm typical) ensuring excellent linearity. The device operates from dual supplies of ±4.5V to ±20V and features fast switching times (180 ns max turn-on, 140 ns max turn-off). It also exhibits low charge injection (20 pC) and low crosstalk (-90 dB at 1 MHz). The switches have a continuous current rating of 100 mA and ESD protection of 2 kV.
