The ADG451BRUZ-REEL7 is a monolithic CMOS device comprising four independently selectable SPST-NC analog switches. It features low on resistance: 5Ω maximum (4Ω typical) with excellent flatness (0.2Ω typical) over the full analog input range. The switch operates from dual supplies of ±4.5V to 20V or a single supply, and can handle analog signals up to ±15V. Switching times are fast with typical turn-on of 70ns and turn-off of 60ns (maximum 180ns and 140ns respectively). Charge injection is 20pC, and crosstalk is -90dB at 1MHz.
Designed on an enhanced LC2MOS process, the device achieves ultralow power dissipation of 18µW while maintaining high switching speed. It is ESD rated to 2kV and can continuously conduct 100mA. The switch is TTL/CMOS compatible and serves as a pin-compatible upgrade for the ADG411/ADG412/ADG413 and ADG431/ADG432/ADG433 families.
