The ADG441BR is a quad SPST-NC (single-pole single-throw, normally closed) analog switch from Analog Devices Inc, built on the enhanced LC2MOS process. It integrates four independently selectable switches with low on resistance (70 Ohm typical) and excellent on-resistance matching (3 Ohm max) and flatness (9 Ohm max delta). The device offers fast switching with turn-on time of 110ns maximum and turn-off time of 60ns maximum. It features low leakage current (500pA), low charge injection (1pC), and high crosstalk rejection (-100dB at 1MHz). The switch operates from a ±15V supply and supports analog signal ranges from VSS to VDD. The ADG441BR is housed in a 16-SOIC surface-mount package (0.154", 3.90mm width). Typical applications include audio and video switching, automatic test equipment, precision data acquisition, battery-powered systems, and sample-and-hold circuits. The break-before-make switching action prevents momentary shorting of channels.
