The ADG411BRZ-REEL7 is a monolithic CMOS device featuring four independently selectable SPST switches. It is designed on an enhanced LC2MOS process, providing low power dissipation (35 µW) while maintaining high switching speed and low on resistance. The on resistance profile is flat over the full analog input range, ensuring linearity and low distortion for audio signal switching. Fast switching speed (tON < 175 ns, tOFF < 145 ns) and high signal bandwidth make it suitable for video signal switching. The switches are normally closed (SPST-NC) and are turned on with a logic low. The device operates from a single supply voltage range of 5 V to 16.5 V or dual supplies of ±13.5 V to ±16.5 V. It features a maximum leakage current of 250 pA and charge injection of 5 pC.
