ADG411BR Description

Short technical summary and product information.

The ADG411BR is a monolithic CMOS device comprising four independently selectable SPST switches. It is designed on an enhanced LC2MOS process providing low power dissipation (35μW) yet high switching speed and low on resistance (35Ω). The on resistance profile is very flat over the full analog input range ensuring excellent linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals. Fast switching speed coupled with high signal bandwidth also make the part suitable for video signal switching. CMOS construction ensures ultralow power dissipation, making it ideally suited for portable and battery-powered instruments.

The device operates with dual ±15V supplies and has a maximum supply voltage of 44V. The analog signal range is ±15V. It features TTL/CMOS-compatible logic inputs and break-before-make switching action. The switch times are tON < 175ns and tOFF < 145ns. Charge injection is 5pC and crosstalk is -85dB at 1MHz.

The ADG411BR is offered in a 16-SOIC (0.154" width) surface mount package with a supplier device package of 16-SOIC. It is rated for operation from -40°C to 85°C. The device is listed as RoHS3 compliant (unverified) and REACH unaffected.
