ADG409BR

The ADG409BR is a high-performance monolithic CMOS analog multiplexer from Analog Devices, designed with an enhanced LC2MOS process. This device offers four differential channels, allowing one of four differential inputs to be switched to a common differential output, controlled by 2-bit binary address lines and an enable input.

Key electrical specifications include a maximum supply voltage rating of 44V and a low maximum on-resistance of 100Ω. It also boasts low power dissipation with a maximum supply current of less than 75μA. The multiplexer exhibits fast switching speeds and a break-before-make switching action, which prevents momentary shorting when transitioning between channels. The signal range extends to the supply rails, and in the off condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked.
