The ADG1436YCPZ is a monolithic CMOS device containing two independently selectable SPDT switches. Manufactured using Analog Devices' iCMOS process, it offers low on-resistance of typically 1.5 Ω and maximum 1.8 Ω, with on-resistance flatness of 0.3 Ω and channel-to-channel match of 0.1 Ω.
Electrical performance includes typical off-leakage current of 550 pA, charge injection of -20 pC, crosstalk of -80 dB at 100 kHz, and -3 dB bandwidth of 110 MHz. Switching times are 120 ns (turn-on) and 130 ns (turn-off) maximum. Channel capacitance is 23 pF (CS(off)) and 50 pF (CD(off)). The device operates from dual supplies of ±4.5 V to ±16.5 V and features 3 V logic-compatible inputs without a VL supply.
The ADG1436YCPZ is available in a 4 mm × 4 mm, 16-lead LFCSP (VQ) package with exposed pad for enhanced thermal performance. It supports rail-to-rail signal operation and break-before-make switching action. Applications include automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, sample-and-hold systems, audio signal routing, and communication systems.
The supply voltage range is ±4.5 V to ±16.5 V.
It is available in a 16-VQFN exposed pad CSP package, specifically the 16-LFCSP-VQ (4x4).
The operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C.
RoHS3 compliance is indicated but unverified.
Typical on-resistance is 1.5 Ω, maximum is 1.8 Ω at 25°C with ±15 V supplies.
The typical -3 dB bandwidth is 110 MHz.
It has 2 SPDT circuits, providing dual SPDT switching.
