The ADG1411YRUZ-REEL7 is a quad SPST-NC (single-pole single-throw, normally closed) analog switch from Analog Devices, part of the ADG1411/ADG1412/ADG1413 family. It features four independent switches with a typical on resistance of 1.5 Ohm and a maximum of 1.8 Ohm. The on-resistance flatness is 0.3 Ohm typical, and channel-to-channel matching is 0.1 Ohm typical.
The switch operates over a wide supply voltage range of ±4.5V to ±16.5V. It offers fast switching times with maximum ton of 150 ns and toff of 120 ns. The bandwidth is 170 MHz typical, making it suitable for audio and video signal routing. Charge injection is -20 pC typical, and crosstalk is -100 dB at 1 MHz.
The device is available in a 16-lead TSSOP package (0.173" width, 4.40mm) for surface mount assembly. It supports continuous current per channel up to 250 mA in LFCSP package and 190 mA in TSSOP. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
