The ADG1212YCPZ-500RL7 is a monolithic CMOS analog switch from Analog Devices, built on the iCMOS process. It contains four independently selectable SPST switches, designed for high performance and low power consumption. This device offers a low on-resistance of 190 Ohms and fast switching speeds of 130ns (Ton) and 115ns (Toff).
With an operating voltage range of ±4.5V to ±16.5V and a supply range up to 33V, the ADG1212 is versatile for different system requirements. It exhibits low charge injection (<1 pC) and low capacitance (1 pF off, 2.6 pF on), making it ideal for data acquisition and sample-and-hold applications where low glitch and fast settling are critical. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
Packaged in a 16-lead LFCSP, the ADG1212YCPZ-500RL7 is designed for surface mounting. Its features, including rail-to-rail operation and 3V logic-compatible inputs, make it suitable for applications such as automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, battery-powered devices, audio and video signal routing, and communication systems.
