The ADE7858ACPZ-RL from Analog Devices is a polyphase multifunction energy metering IC designed for 3-phase energy metering systems. It supports 3-phase, 3- or 4-wire configurations (delta or wye).
This IC offers high accuracy with less than 0.1% error in active and reactive energy over a dynamic range of 1000:1 at 25°C, and less than 0.2% error over 3000:1. It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 2.4V to 3.7V and has a typical reference voltage of 1.2V. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
It is supplied in a 40-lead lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP), specifically a 40-WFQFN exposed pad, CSP, suitable for surface mounting. The device features flexible I2C, SPI, and HSDC serial interfaces and provides sampled waveform data on all three phases and neutral current.
The ADE7858ACPZ-RL is ideal for applications requiring precise energy measurement in various 3-phase services, including systems that need to monitor fundamental and harmonic active, reactive, and apparent energy.

The device operates over a wide supply voltage range from 2.4 V to 3.7 V, and also supports a single 3.3 V supply.
-40°C to +85°C
40-lead LFCSP (6x6 mm) with exposed pad, surface mount, tape and reel packaging.
Less than 0.1% error in active and reactive energy over a dynamic range of 1000:1 at 25°C, and less than 0.2% over 3000:1. Voltage and current RMS also less than 0.1% error over 1000:1.
0.3° typical error in both current and voltage channels.
