The ADCS7477 is a low power, monolithic CMOS 10-bit analog-to-digital converter from Texas Instruments. It operates at a conversion rate of 1 MSPS using a successive approximation register (SAR) architecture with an internal track-and-hold circuit.
The device features a single-ended input and uses the supply voltage as the reference, allowing a full-scale input range of 0 to VDD. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V supply, consuming only 2 mW typical at 3 V and 10 mW at 5 V. The serial interface is compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP serial interfaces.
The ADC is offered in a 6-pin SOT-23 surface-mount package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. Typical dynamic performance includes 72.5 dB SNR, ±0.4 LSB INL, and ±0.5 LSB DNL.
