The ADCS7477AIMFX is a 10-bit successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter from Texas Instruments. It offers a sampling rate of 1 MSPS and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.25V supply, using the supply voltage as reference.
The device features a single-ended input with a sample-and-hold amplifier. It communicates via SPI, DSP, QSPI, or MICROWIRE interfaces. Typical power consumption is 2 mW at 3V and 10 mW at 5V. Differential nonlinearity is 0.5/-0.3 LSB typical, integral nonlinearity ±0.4 LSB typical.
Housed in a 6-pin SOT-23 (DBV) package, the ADCS7477AIMFX is designed for surface mount assembly. It is suitable for portable systems, data acquisition, and industrial control applications where low power and small footprint are critical.
