The ADCMP552BRQZ is a single-supply, high-speed comparator fabricated on Analog Devices' proprietary XFCB process. It features two comparator elements with latch capability, providing 500 ps typical propagation delay and less than 125 ps overdrive dispersion. The outputs are differential PECL/LVPECL compatible with internal latch pull-up resistors. Key electrical characteristics include a supply voltage range of 3.14V to 5.25V, maximum quiescent current of 17 mA, and power supply rejection greater than 70 dB. The device offers programmable hysteresis, 700 ps minimum pulse width, and an equivalent input rise time bandwidth greater than 750 MHz. Typical output rise/fall time is 500 ps. The comparator is housed in a 20-SSOP (0.154", 3.90mm Width) package with a 20-QSOP supplier device package, surface mount mounting. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
