The ADCLK950BCPZ is an ultrafast clock fanout buffer fabricated on Analog Devices' proprietary XFCB3 silicon germanium (SiGe) bipolar process. It features two selectable differential inputs with on-chip 100 Ω termination resistors, accepting dc-coupled LVPECL, CML, 3.3V CMOS, and ac-coupled 1.8V CMOS, LVDS, and LVPECL inputs. The device provides 10 full-swing LVPECL output drivers, operating from a 3.3V supply (2.97V to 3.63V range).
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum frequency of 4.8 GHz and broadband random jitter of 75 fs rms. The device is designed for low jitter clock distribution, clock and data signal restoration, and level translation in high-speed applications.
The ADCLK950BCPZ is offered in a 40-VFQFN exposed pad package (40-LFCSP-VQ 6x6) for surface mount assembly. It operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
