The ADC128D818CIMTX/NOPB is a 12-bit, 82 samples per second, 8-channel delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter from Texas Instruments. It integrates a local temperature sensor and supports both internal (2.56V) and external voltage references. The device communicates via an I2C serial interface with nine selectable addresses.
The ADC offers configurable single-ended and pseudo-differential inputs, a MUX-ADC configuration, and operates from a supply voltage of 3V to 5.5V. It includes watchdog window comparators with status and mask registers, independent registers for storing measured values, and an INT output for error notification. The device also features individual channel shutdown and a deep shutdown mode to minimize power consumption.
The ADC is available in a 16-lead TSSOP package (16-TSSOP, 0.173" width, 4.40mm width) for surface mount assembly. It is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The part is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL rating of Level-1-260C-UNLIM.
