The ADC122S625CIMM/NOPB is a dual 12-bit successive-approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter capable of sampling rates from 50 kSPS to 200 kSPS. It features true simultaneous sampling on two differential or single-ended inputs, preserving phase information between channels. The device operates from a single 5V supply and requires an external voltage reference.
Key electrical specifications include an integral nonlinearity (INL) of ±1 LSB max, differential nonlinearity (DNL) of ±0.95 LSB max, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 71 dBc min, total harmonic distortion (THD) of -72 dBc min, and effective number of bits (ENOB) of 11.25 bits min. Typical power consumption during conversion at 200 kSPS is 8.6 mW, dropping to 2.6 µW in power-down mode.
The converter communicates via a high-speed serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP. It is available in a 10-lead VSSOP package (DGS code) and operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The device is surface-mount and RoHS compliant.
