The ADC0820CCWM is an 8-bit flash analog-to-digital converter (ADC) manufactured by Texas Instruments. It features a built-in track-and-hold function and a conversion time of 1.5 µs in WR-RD mode (2.5 µs in RD mode). The device uses a half-flash architecture with 32 comparators, providing 8-bit resolution with no missing codes. It accepts a single-ended or pseudo-differential analog input over a 0V to 5V range, with an external reference. The ADC operates at a maximum power dissipation of 75 mW on a single analog supply of 4.5V to 8V. The digital interface is parallel, making it easy to interface with microprocessors. The operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C. The device is available in a 20-SOIC surface-mount package (0.295" wide, 7.50mm width) with gull wing leads and 1.27 mm lead spacing. The ADC0820CCWM is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and has an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited).
