Key features include a 12-bit direct IF DAC with up to 65 MHz carrier frequency capability, and a 12-bit, 33 MSPS direct IF ADC. The device also incorporates a 10-bit, 33 MSPS direct IF ADC and dual 7-bit, 16.5 MSPS sampling I/Q ADCs. It supports 16x upsampling interpolation and programmable sampling clock rates.

 

The AD9879BSZ is housed in a 100-pin LQFP package and is designed for surface mount (SMD/SMT) applications. Its operating temperature range is from -40 C to +85 C.
