The AD9788BSVZ is a 16-bit, dual-channel digital-to-analog converter (DAC) from Analog Devices, capable of sampling at up to 800 MSPS. It utilizes an oversampling interpolating DAC architecture and provides differential current-unbuffered output, adjustable from 8.7 mA to 31.7 mA into a 25 Ω to 50 Ω load.
This device includes an internal 2.5V reference and operates from dual supply voltages: 1.7V to 1.9V and 3.13V to 3.47V. It is designed for high-speed waveform generation in communications and instrumentation systems. The parallel data interface enables high-throughput data transfer.
The AD9788BSVZ is housed in a 100-lead TQFP package with an exposed pad, rated for surface mount assembly. It operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The dual DAC architecture supports I/Q modulation and other multi-channel applications.
The AD9788BSVZ has 16-bit resolution.
Maximum sampling rate is 800 MSPS.
The output type is current-unbuffered and differential.
The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
It comes in a 100-TQFP Exposed Pad package (100-TQFP-EP 14x14 mm) for surface mount.
Requires dual supplies: 1.7V to 1.9V and 3.13V to 3.47V.
It has two DAC channels (dual D/A converters).
