The AD9777BSVZ is a 16-bit, 160 MSPS interpolating dual DAC from Analog Devices. It features an oversampling interpolating architecture with selectable 2x/4x/8x interpolation filters. The device provides excellent AC performance with SFDR of -73 dBc at 2 MHz to 35 MHz. It includes a parallel data interface and supports both external and internal reference. The DAC operates from a single 3.3V supply with typical power dissipation of 1.2 W. It is designed for communications applications such as 3G, multicarrier GSM, and broadband wireless systems. The device is housed in an 80-lead TQFP with exposed pad for surface mount assembly. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
