The AD9763ASTZRL is a dual 10-bit, current-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) from Analog Devices' TxDAC+ family. It offers a 125 MSPS maximum update rate and a typical settling time of 35 ns, making it suitable for high-speed communications and signal processing applications.
The device features two independent DAC channels with separate write inputs and clock controls. It supports both dual-port and interleaved data interface modes. The output is current-unbuffered and differential, with a full-scale current set via external resistors.
The AD9763ASTZRL operates from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V analog supply and dissipates a typical 380 mW at 5 V. It is housed in a 48-lead LQFP (7x7 mm) package for surface-mount assembly.
