The AD9752AR is a 12-bit resolution, 125 MSPS update rate digital-to-analog converter from Analog Devices, part of the TxDAC series. It is designed for high-performance communication systems, offering excellent spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) of 79 dBc at 5 MHz output. The device provides differential current outputs adjustable from 2 mA to 20 mA, with an internal 1.20 V reference. Power dissipation is 185 mW typical at 5 V, reducing to 20 mW in power-down mode. The digital interface is CMOS-compatible from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. The AD9752AR is available in a 28-lead SOIC wide package (0.295" width) for surface mount assembly. It is suitable for applications such as direct IF transmission, base stations, wireless local loop, and direct digital synthesis.
