The AD9751ASTZ is a 10-bit, 300 MSPS high-speed TxDAC+ digital-to-analog converter from Analog Devices. It integrates a high-quality 10-bit DAC core, voltage reference, and digital interface in a 48-lead LQFP package. The device supports update rates up to 300 MSPS and is optimized for ultrahigh-speed applications.
Key specifications include a typical settling time of 11 ns, spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of 64 dB at Nyquist output, and power dissipation of 155 mW at 3.3V. The DAC features a parallel data interface, differential output, and both external and internal reference options. The architecture is current source with current unbuffered output.
The AD9751ASTZ is designed for communications applications such as LMDS, LMCS, and MMDS base stations, as well as digital synthesis and QAM/OFDM systems. It operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is surface mounted in a 48-LQFP (7x7 mm) package.
