The AD9750ARUZ is a 10-bit, 125 MSPS digital-to-analog converter from Analog Devices, part of the TxDAC family. It uses a segmented current source architecture to deliver excellent dynamic performance, including a spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) of 76 dBc at 5 MHz output frequency. The device provides differential current outputs from 2 mA to 20 mA and supports both external and internal 1.20 V reference options.
Operating from a single 5 V analog supply and a 2.7 V to 5.5 V digital supply, the AD9750ARUZ dissipates typically 190 mW of power, with a power-down mode reducing consumption to 20 mW. The parallel digital interface is CMOS-compatible and edge-triggered, enabling easy integration with a wide range of digital controllers.
The converter is available in a 28-lead TSSOP package (28-TSSOP) and supports surface mount mounting. It is specified for operation over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Typical applications include wideband communication transmit channels, direct IF, base stations, wireless local loop, digital radio link, direct digital synthesis (DDS), and instrumentation.
