The AD9698TZ/883B from Analog Devices is an ultrafast TTL-compatible voltage comparator designed for high-performance applications. It achieves propagation delays previously only possible with ECL devices, featuring a maximum propagation delay of 4.5 ns and a maximum propagation delay dispersion of 200 ps.
This comparator supports both single +5 V supply operation and ±5 V supply operation. The choice of supply affects the common-mode input voltage range. It offers high precision with offset voltages less than 2 mV and offset currents less than 1 µA. A latch enable input is included for sample-and-hold or track-and-hold applications.
The AD9698TZ/883B is available in commercial (0°C to +70°C) and extended (–55°C to +125°C) temperature ranges, with both versions qualified to MIL-STD-883 class B.
