The AD9696KN from Analog Devices is an ultrafast TTL-compatible voltage comparator designed for high-speed applications. It achieves propagation delays previously only possible with ECL devices, featuring a 4.5 ns propagation delay and 200 ps maximum propagation delay dispersion.
This comparator operates with a single +5V supply or ±5V supplies, offering flexibility in system design. The input stage provides high precision with offset voltages less than 2 mV and offset currents less than 1 µA. A latch enable input is included for sample-and-hold or track-and-hold applications.
