The AD9626BCPZ-210 is a 12-bit, 210 MSPS monolithic sampling analog-to-digital converter from Analog Devices. It features a pipelined architecture with a differential input and an internal voltage reference. The converter provides a 700 MHz full power analog bandwidth and achieves typical dynamic performance including 64.8 dBFS SNR and 80 dBc SFDR at 250 MSPS with a 70 MHz input.
This ADC operates from a 1.8 V analog and digital supply and dissipates typically 364 mW at 250 MSPS. The data interface supports LVDS parallel output. On-chip functions include a clock duty cycle stabilizer, integrated data capture clock, and selectable output data formats such as offset binary, twos complement, and Gray code.
The device is surface mounted in a 56-lead LFCSP-VQ (8x8 mm) package and is specified for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is suitable for wireless and wired broadband communications, cable reverse path, communications test equipment, radar subsystems, and power amplifier linearization.
