The AD9467BCPZ-250 from Analog Devices is a 16-bit, monolithic IF sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) optimized for high dynamic range over wide bandwidths. Operating at a sampling rate of 250 MSPS, it delivers a signal-to-noise ratio of 75.5 dBFS at 210 MHz input and spurious-free dynamic range of 90 dBFS at 300 MHz input. The device features a pipelined architecture and supports both differential and single-ended inputs with a programmable full-scale range of 2 V p-p to 2.5 V p-p. It includes an integrated input buffer, clock duty cycle stabilizer, and serial port control for flexible configuration.
The ADC operates from 1.8 V analog and 3.3 V digital supplies and provides LVDS-compatible outputs. It is designed for wireless infrastructure, including multicarrier cellular receivers, antenna array positioning, power amplifier linearization, and radar systems. The part is housed in a 72-lead LFCSP-VQ (10mm x 9.75mm) surface-mount package and is rated for operation from -40°C to +85°C. Typical linearity performance includes ±0.5 LSB DNL and ±3.5 LSB INL, with 60 fs rms clock jitter.
