The AD9467BCPZ-200 is a 16-bit, monolithic IF sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Analog Devices, optimized for high dynamic range over wide bandwidths. It operates at a 200 MSPS sampling rate and features a pipelined architecture. The ADC accepts both differential and single-ended inputs with a programmable full-scale input voltage range of 2 V p-p to 2.5 V p-p (default 2.5 V p-p).
Dynamic performance specifications (typically measured at 250 MSPS) include a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 75.5 dBFS at 210 MHz input, spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of 90 dBFS at 300 MHz, and clock jitter of 60 fs rms. Typical linearity is ±0.5 LSB DNL and ±3.5 LSB INL. The device requires a 1.8 V analog supply and a 3.3 V digital supply.
The ADC is housed in a 72-lead LFCSP-VQ (10x9.75 mm) surface mount package. Data outputs are LVDS compatible (ANSI-644). The part is listed as RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and MSL level 1 (unlimited).
Typical applications include multicarrier cellular receivers, antenna array positioning, power amplifier linearization, broadband wireless, radar, infrared imaging, and communications instrumentation.
