AD9288BSTZ-100 Description

Short technical summary and product information.

The AD9288BSTZ-100 is a dual 8-bit monolithic sampling analog-to-digital converter from Analog Devices. It operates at a conversion rate of 100 MSPS with a pipelined architecture and on-chip track-and-hold circuits. Each channel accepts a differential analog input with a 1 V p-p range and provides a parallel TTL output. The device achieves a typical signal-to-noise ratio of 47.5 dB and an analog bandwidth of 475 MHz. Integral and differential nonlinearity are both 1.5 LSB maximum.

Power consumption is 180 mW typical at 100 MSPS from a single 3.0 V supply (2.7 V to 3.6 V range). The ADC includes an internal reference and supports both external and internal reference modes. It features simultaneous sampling and can operate in standby mode for single-channel use. Output data can be formatted as twos complement or offset binary.

The AD9288BSTZ-100 is housed in a 48-lead LQFP package (7x7 mm) for surface mount assembly. It operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device is RoHS compliant but contains lead.
