The AD9269BCPZ-20 is a 16-bit, 20 MSPS dual-pipelined analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Analog Devices. Operating from a 1.8 V analog supply and a 1.8 V to 3.3 V digital output supply, it delivers a typical signal-to-noise ratio of 77.6 dBFS and spurious-free dynamic range of 93 dBc with a 9.7 MHz input. Each channel consumes only 44 mW at 20 MSPS, enabling power-efficient high-speed data acquisition.
The ADC accepts differential analog inputs with an on-chip voltage reference and sample-and-hold circuit. The parallel data interface supports offset binary, gray code, or twos complement output formats. Integrated features include a clock duty cycle stabilizer, an integer input clock divider, and simultaneous sampling across both channels.
The device is housed in a 64-lead LFCSP (9x9 mm) with an exposed pad for thermal management and is rated for surface-mount assembly over a -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range.
