The AD9266BCPZ-65 is a 16-bit, 65 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Analog Devices. It features a pipelined architecture with a 700 MHz differential input bandwidth and supports both differential and single-ended input configurations. The device achieves a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 77.6 dBFS at 9.7 MHz input and 71.1 dBFS at 200 MHz input, with a spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of 93 dBc at 9.7 MHz and 80 dBc at 200 MHz. The ADC includes an on-chip voltage reference and sample-and-hold circuit.
The converter operates from a 1.8 V analog supply and a 1.8 V to 3.3 V output supply. It features a parallel data interface and includes a data clock output with programmable alignment. The device also offers a serial port control interface and optional digital test pattern generation. The AD9266BCPZ-65 is supplied in a 32-lead LFCSP (5x5 mm) package with an exposed pad for thermal management.
Typical applications include communications systems such as diversity radio, multimode digital receivers, and smart antenna systems, as well as battery-powered instruments, handheld scope meters, portable medical imaging, and ultrasound equipment.
The supply voltage range is 1.7V to 3.6V. The analog supply is 1.8V and the digital output supply is 1.8V to 3.3V.
The AD9266BCPZ-65 is packaged in a 32-lead LFCSP (5x5 mm) with exposed pad, also described as 32-WFQFN exposed pad CSP.
