The AD9240ASZRL is a complete 14-bit, 10 MSPS monolithic analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Analog Devices. It utilizes a pipelined architecture and includes an on-chip sample-and-hold amplifier and voltage reference, requiring only a single +5V supply. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 85°C and is housed in a 44-lead MQFP (10x10mm) surface-mount package.
Electrical performance includes a typical power dissipation of 285 mW, integral nonlinearity of 2.5 LSB, differential nonlinearity of 0.6 LSB, and input referred noise of 0.36 LSB.
