The AD9240AS is a complete, monolithic 14-bit, 10 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Analog Devices. It utilizes a low-cost, high-speed CMOS process and a novel architecture to achieve high resolution and speed with reduced power consumption. The device integrates a high-performance, low-noise sample-and-hold amplifier and a programmable voltage reference, with the option for an external reference.
