AD9235BCPZ-65 Description

Short technical summary and product information.

The AD9235BCPZ-65 is a monolithic, single 3 V supply, 12-bit, 65 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from the AD9235 family. It uses a multistage differential pipelined architecture with output error correction logic to provide 12-bit accuracy at 65 MSPS data rates and guarantee no missing codes over the full operating temperature range.

The ADC features a high performance sample-and-hold amplifier (SHA) and an on-chip voltage reference. It achieves a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 70 dBc and a spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of 85 dBc at Nyquist input while operating at 65 MSPS. Typical power dissipation is 300 mW at 65 MSPS.

The device accepts a flexible analog input voltage range of 1 V p-p to 2 V p-p and offers both differential and single-ended input configurations. It is available in a 32-lead LFCSP-VQ (5x5 mm) package with an exposed pad for surface mount assembly. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
