The AD9215BRU-105 is a 10-bit, 105 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Analog Devices. It uses a pipelined architecture with a sample-and-hold amplifier and internal reference. The device operates from a single 2.7V to 3.3V analog supply and a 2.25V to 3.6V digital supply, consuming only 120 mW at 105 MSPS. It provides excellent dynamic performance with 58 dBc SNR and 77 dBc SFDR to Nyquist. The differential input has a 300 MHz bandwidth and supports 1 V p-p to 2 V p-p input ranges. The ADC offers a parallel data interface and supports offset binary or twos complement output formats. It is housed in a 28-TSSOP surface-mount package and operates over -40°C to +85°C. Typical applications include ultrasound equipment, IF sampling in communications receivers, battery-powered instruments, and low-cost digital oscilloscopes.
