The AD9211BCPZ-250 is a 10-bit, 250 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Analog Devices. It utilizes a pipelined architecture and offers a single-ended or differential input with a sample-and-hold circuit. The device features an LVDS parallel data interface and an internal voltage reference, simplifying external component requirements. With an analog bandwidth of 700 MHz, it is suitable for high-speed signal processing applications. The ADC operates from a 1.7V to 1.9V supply and is specified over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range. It is housed in a 56-lead LFCSP (8x8 mm) package for surface mount assembly. The AD9211BCPZ-250 is designed for use in wireless and broadband communications, test equipment, radar, and satellite subsystems.
