The AD9135BCPZ is a dual 11-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) from Analog Devices, part of the TxDAC+ family. It supports a maximum sampling rate of 2800 MSPS and provides a current unbuffered output.
It features a JESD204B data interface, internal reference, and differential output. Typical settling time is 20 ns. Integral nonlinearity (INL) is ±0.35 LSB and differential nonlinearity (DNL) is ±0.175 LSB. The device operates from an analog supply of 3.13V to 3.47V and a digital supply of 1.14V to 1.26V. Typical power consumption is 1.42 W at 1.6 GSPS.
The DAC is designed for high-speed communications such as 3G/4G W-CDMA base stations, wideband repeaters, and software-defined radios. It is also suitable for instrumentation and automated test equipment. The architecture uses a current source design.
The device is available in an 88-lead LFCSP with exposed pad (88-LFCSP-VQ 12x12 mm) and surface mount mounting. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
