The AD8802ARU is a 12-channel, 8-bit digital-to-analog converter from Analog Devices. It provides independent voltage outputs and shares a common reference-voltage input, making it suited for dc voltage adjustment and trimmer replacement.
The device operates from analog and digital supplies of 2.7V to 5.5V. It has a typical settling time of 600 ns, an external reference, and an R-2R architecture. Programming is handled through an SPI data interface.
The DAC is housed in a 20-TSSOP surface-mount package and operates over -40°C to +85°C. Shutdown power dissipation is within 55 mW, supporting low-power calibration and adjustment applications.
The analog and digital supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V.
-40°C to 85°C.
20-TSSOP (0.173", 4.40mm width), surface mount.
It has 12 channels and 8-bit resolution.
Typical settling time is 600 ns.
It uses SPI.
INL is ±0.5 LSB and DNL is ±0.25 LSB (max).
