AD8346ARUZ

The AD8346ARUZ is a silicon RFIC I/Q modulator from Analog Devices, suitable for applications operating within the 0.8 GHz to 2.5 GHz frequency range. This device offers excellent phase accuracy and amplitude balance, enabling high-performance direct modulation to RF. It is designed to operate from a single supply voltage of 2.7 V to 5.5 V.

Key electrical specifications include a broad frequency range of 0.8 GHz to 2.5 GHz, a modulation bandwidth from DC to 70 MHz, and a noise floor of -147 dBm/Hz.
