AD8341ACPZ-REEL7

The AD8341ACPZ-REEL7 from Analog Devices is a versatile RF Vector Modulator capable of performing arbitrary amplitude and phase modulation on RF signals within a frequency range of 1.5 GHz to 2.4 GHz. Its linear RF signal path ensures that the original modulation is preserved, making it suitable for general-purpose RF modulation, variable attenuation, or phase shifting applications.

Key electrical specifications include a continuous magnitude control from -4.5 dB to -34.5 dB and a continuous phase control over the entire 360° range. At maximum gain, it delivers an Output 1 dB compression point (OP1dB) of 8.5 dBm and an Output Third-Order Intercept (OIP3) of 17.5 dBm. The output noise floor is specified at -150.5 dBm/Hz at full gain. The device supports an adjustable modulation bandwidth up to 230 MHz and operates from a single supply voltage of 4.75 V to 5.25 V, consuming approximately 125 mA.

This component is fabricated using Analog Devices’ proprietary, high-performance SOI complementary bipolar IC process. It is available in a 24-lead LFCSP-VQ (4x4) package and is designed for surface mount applications.
