AD831APZ

The AD831APZ is a low distortion, wide dynamic range, monolithic RF mixer from Analog Devices, suitable for applications such as RF to IF downconversion in HF and VHF receivers, and direct-to-baseband conversion.

Key electrical specifications include a 500 MHz RF and LO input bandwidth, a differential current IF output bandwidth of 250 MHz, and a single-ended voltage IF output bandwidth exceeding 200 MHz. It offers a high third-order intercept point (IP3) of +24 dBm and a 1 dB compression point of +10 dBm, with a low LO drive requirement of –10 dBm. The mixer operates with a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and consumes a typical current of 125mA.
