The AD8185 is a high-speed triple 2:1 multiplexer designed for video and RGB signal switching. It features a −3 dB bandwidth of 380 MHz at 200 mV p-p and 310 MHz at 2 V p-p, with a slew rate of 1000 V/µs in unity gain.
It offers excellent video performance with 0.1 dB gain flatness to 90 MHz, 0.01% differential gain error, and 0.02° differential phase error. Channel-to-channel switching time is 15 ns, and all-hostile crosstalk is −84 dB at 5 MHz.
The device operates on ±5V supplies, consuming a typical 25 mA. The output disable feature sets outputs to high impedance, enabling larger input arrays. It is available in a 24-lead TSSOP package for surface-mount assembly.
