AD8153ACPZ

The AD8153ACPZ from Analog Devices is a versatile single-lane 2:1 multiplexer and 1:2 demultiplexer switch designed for high-speed data transmission. It supports data rates up to 3.2 Gbps to DC, making it suitable for applications like Gigabit Ethernet, Fibre Channel, and Serial RapidIO.

This device features on-chip terminations, two levels of input equalization, and four levels of output pre-emphasis to compensate for signal degradation. It offers low deterministic jitter (typically 16 ps p-p) and low random jitter (typically 500 fs rms). The AD8153ACPZ operates with a single supply voltage ranging from 3V to 3.6V and has a low power consumption of typically 200 mW.

Packaged in a 32-lead LFCSP, the AD8153ACPZ is designed for surface mounting. It operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, ensuring reliability in demanding environments. The switch is protocol-agnostic and can operate with AC- or DC-coupled differential I/O.
