The AD8123ACPZ-R7 is a triple differential receiver designed for compensating transmission losses over UTP and coaxial cables up to 300 meters. It integrates adjustable line equalization with two gain adjustment pins for high frequency peaking (VPEAK) and broadband flat gain (VGAIN), plus a pole location adjustment pin (VPOLE). Key electrical characteristics include a typical rise time of 4.9 ns at 150 m and 8.0 ns at 300 m, 55 dB peak gain at 100 MHz, and a low output offset voltage of 24 mV. The device operates from a ±4.5 V to 5.5 V supply and over -40°C to 85°C. It is housed in a 40-lead 6 mm × 6 mm LFCSP package and is surface mount. Two on-chip comparators with hysteresis enable common-mode sync extraction. Applications include KVM, digital signage, RGB video over UTP, professional video projection, and security video.
