The AD8120ACPZ-R2 is a triple skew-compensating video delay line designed to correct time mismatches in RGB video signals transmitted over UTP cables. It provides independent delay control for each of the three channels (red, green, blue) with a delay range of 0 ns to 50 ns and a step size of 0.8 ns.
The device offers a bandwidth of 200 MHz at 0 ns delay and 150 MHz at 50 ns delay, with a fixed gain of 2 V/V. It features a high differential input impedance of 500 kΩ and can drive up to four double-terminated video loads. Control interfaces include I²C, SPI, and analog voltage control, providing flexibility for various system designs.
The AD8120ACPZ-R2 is housed in a 32-lead LFCSP package measuring 5 mm x 5 mm, suitable for surface mount assembly. It operates from a supply voltage range of 4.5 V to 5.5 V.
Typical applications include keyboard-video-mouse (KVM) systems, digital signage, RGB video over UTP cable, professional video projection and distribution, HD video, and security video systems.
